Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

* 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
* 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
* 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
* 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, divided
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

1.
Add chicken, egg, pepper, salt and 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder in a bowl and mix well to coat chicken.
2.
Cover bowl with saran wrap and store in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
3.
In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, cheese, seasoned salt and 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix well.
4.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5.
Remove chicken from refrigerator and stir once more.
6.
Dip chicken in breadcrumb mixture and place on foil lined baking sheet.
7.
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in center.

* Easily Doubled
