Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

* 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
* 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
* 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
* 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, divided
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

1.
Add chicken, egg, pepper, salt and 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder in a bowl and mix well to coat chicken.
2.
Cover bowl with saran wrap and store in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
3.
In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, cheese, seasoned salt and 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix well.
4.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5.
Remove chicken from refrigerator and stir once more.
6.
Dip chicken in breadcrumb mixture and place on foil lined baking sheet.
7.
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in center.

* Easily Doubled

I just got this wonderful soap from pepperapothecary I've got to say that it's some of the BEST smelling soap I have ever gotten. It arrived VERY FAST. Cheesy Chicken& Rice Casserole

Cheesy Chicken& Rice Casserole

Prep time: 5 min Bake: 1 hour Makes 6 servings

1 (26 oz) can cream of chicken soup
2 cups water
1 1/2 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
3 cups fresh or frozen vegetables
1 tsp onion powder
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1. Stir soup, water, rice, vegetables and onion powder in 13x9 baking dish
2. top with chicken, season chicken as desired. Cover
3. bake at 375F for 1 hour or until done. Top with cheese

Easy PB cookies.

Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
Recipe Rating: Prep Time: 15 minTotal Time: 25 minMakes: 3 doz. cookies or 18 servings, 2 cookies each


1 egg
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Beat egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until foamy. Add remaining ingredients; beat until well blended.
SHAPE into 1-inch balls. Place, 2 inches apart, on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten each ball, in criss-cross pattern, with tines of fork.
BAKE 10 min. or until lightly browned. Cool 1 min. Remove from baking sheets to wire racks; cool completely.

Note These easy-to-make cookies don't need any flour!
